I bought Think Water Geraldton just over six years ago, and I’ve worked with the Nelson Australia team from the start. We have a good relationship. Greg always has time for questions. He listens. We work really well together. And I just believe in the Hunter product, because it’s tough and user friendly, the back-up service is great and in the long run it will save you money.
Our new Nelson Irrigation system gives us all we wanted. The pressure regulators mean we’re not over watering, we don’t have start up wastage and we don’t have run off anymore. We’ve got more uniform water coverage, so our veg is more uniform in size and we’re getting a better price for it. This can especially be seen in our corn crop. We can see the returns and we’re extremely happy.
I’ve worked with Darren and the Nelson team for several years. Nelson are great supporters and a good source of information. This was the largest frost system I’ve done with the Nelson R2000 sprinkler, and it’s a great tool for the job. Nelson products are proven in SA. They’ve been around a long time, and they’re always being updated and improved. They’re up with the best.
The frost mitigation project went well, we’re very happy with the protection we are getting and also the ease of operation and maintenance of the system

Any increase in yield is an increase in profit, so if you can increase your yield without spending too much money, that’s a real bonus.
