1000 Series Valves save energy with higher flow capacity and lower friction loss – better than any other valve on the market.

The 1000 Series is geared to handle tough agricultural environments. The internal filter or optional external filter protects ports from plugging. There is no “continuous bleed” port which minimized blockage potential and the improved cage design more effectively passes debris. A modular design provides ultimate flexibility in valve style and connection type while simplifying installation, trouble-shooting and maintenance – great for the grower, installer and system designer!

Choose from 3 different flow path options: inline, tee and elbow. Choose from 5 inlet/outlet styles:
• Proprietary Nelson “Flex-Connect” Ends – interchangeable design allow for “mixing & matching” ends.
   - 1.25”, 1.5” or 2” FNPT and 2” FBSP
   - 3”  Splined Connection
   - 2” and 3” Victaulic
• Wafer Style
   - 2” ANSI Flange
   - 2 x 3” Flange Adapters – allows installing a 2” valve directly between 3” flanges.

The “Flex-Connect” approach allows for “mixing and matching” ends. Example: On an inline valve you can choose a 3" victaulic inlet and a 2" victaulic outlet. Nelson valve sizes should be selected based on flow needs as opposed to pipe sizes. Because of the high level of efficiency it is common to select a 2" valve when using 3" pipe.

1000 Series valve applications include zone control for sprinkler or drip irrigated row crops, nursery crops, orchards and vineyards. The valve fits perfectly under a Big Gun® for solid set irrigation, end of pivot solutions and a variety of environmental controls including fire suppression, dust suppression and cooling. The unique design of the 1000 Series Valve will change the way systems are designed and managed.

Point Source Emitters


Hunter emitters apply water slowly and directly at the plant to ensure every drop is put to efficient use. They are available in three convenient styles including self-piercing barb, 10⁄32 threaded, and ½" female thread. The barb and 10⁄32 thread models are available in 2, 4, 8, 15, 23 l/hr models and the ½" female threaded models are available in 4 and 8 l/hr. This wide range of flow rates offers you the flexibility to give individual plants and trees the right amount of water from a single emitter. They are also color-coded for fast flow identification and feature coined edges for easy gripping during installation.

An optional diffuser cap is available to help gently distribute water at high l/hr flow and to protect the emitter outlet from clogging. Manufactured by Hunter in the USA, these emitters offer the ability to enhance both water and operational efficiency in any micro-irrigation zone.

are attached to the trellis wire and are thus up and out of the way of cultivation equipment.

The R55A End of Pivot Sprinkler is changing the way farmers irrigate with center pivots. It can be used to pick up added hectare both throughout the full revolution of the pivot or just in the corners, depending on site specifics and irrigator preferences. It can be used in conjunction with a higher volume Big Gun Sprinkler – or on its own. The R55A is to be mounted in an upright position at the end of the overhang.

The SR series offers the benefits of multi-stream multi-trajectory (MSMT) technology in areas smaller than ever before possible. The new MP800SR provides wind-resistant streams, high distribution uniformity, double-pop nozzle protector, and extreme resilience to dirt and debris.

Realize water savings for tight spaces. The MP800SR delivers water at a low application rate of 20 mm/hr, less than half that of traditional spray nozzles.
